1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states across the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are looking into expanding our reach in the future.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, standard transit time takes approximately 7–12 business days. In total, you can expect your "vibe" to arrive within 8–15 business days.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on our carrier's website to track your package in real-time.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at support@totevibe.store within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer cancel it.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
