1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping details.
2. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after processing.
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Tote Vibe ships only within the United States. However, we are working on expanding our delivery network to international customers soon. Stay tuned for updates.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s delivery status in real time.
5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Tote Vibe is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
